Haryana Democratic Front merges with AAP

The Haryana Democratic Front (HDF) on Thursday merged into the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). The HDF’s four time MLA from Ambala, Nirmal Singh was welcomed by the AAP’s National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal during the merger.

Kejriwal took to Twitter to inform and wrote “Chitra ji, Nirmal ji and all the workers of Haryana Democratic Front are welcome to the Aam Aadmi Party family. We will all work together for the progress of Haryana and the whole country.”

At the same time, HDF’s General Secretary Chitra Sarwara tweeted, “My heartfelt regards & thanks to Shri Arvind Kejriwal ji & Dr Sushil Kr Gupta ji for reposing their faith in me & HDF. I look forward with great hope, positivity & energy to being a member of the Aam Aadmi Party & working towards its goals on every front.”
