Gandhi Nagar police have nabbed a 19-year-old youth and his mother for killing a 40-year-old man at Banjara Basti; youth died on September 18 after he was assaulted by two accused.
Reward of Rs 5000 was declared after accused who killed the man escaped from the spot and remained absconding.
The nabbed accused was identified as Ajay Singh Banjara and his mother Kamal Banjara who killed Bablu Banjara after he was attacked and assaulted three days before his death while undergoing treatment.
Police said that Bablu Banjara was rushed to hospital after he was attacked by Ajay Banjara; he was creating ruckus after having liquor and abused Kamla, Ajay’s mother.
Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation, the police have registered a case under section 302 of the IPC.
During investigation police found that the dispute between victim and accused occurred in the night on October 15 when Bablu came heavily drunk and created ruckus which was opposed by Kamla but he failed to stop and abused her after which her son Ajay came and assaulted Bablu.Meanwhile, Budni police have arrested husband of 24-year-old beautician of Kolar who went missing on October 15 and found dead on October 17 at forest in Budni.
The police have arrested Rajat Kaithwas who killed his wife Sharda Paswan who were in bitter terms with Rajat after one month of marriage.
