Indradhanush Jhoolaghar (creche) developed in the premises of Madhya Pradesh Police Headquarters was inaugurated by DGP Vivek Johri.

Children in the age group of 6 months to 2 years whose parents are working in the Police Headquarters will be registered in the Jhoolaghar with a capacity of fifty children.

On this occasion, while inspecting the swing, the DGP said that the colorful pictures and toys would keep the mind of the children engaged here and the working parents would be able to work with certainty.

Special attention has been given to make the hammock to suit babies. In addition to the cradles in the Jhoolaghar, there are slides, swings, chart boards of fruits and good manners and attractive paintings for the children on the walls. The hammock also has a small veranda for the children to play in the winter.

With the initiative of Police Welfare Branch, Indradhanush Jhoolaghar has been approved by Women & Child Development Department  and it will be operated by Saadi Women's Voluntary Social Service Society.

Indradhanush Jhoolaghar is a pleasant initiative for the babies of the personnel working in the Police Headquarters, so that the parents working in the Headquarters will be sure about their work as well as the care of their babies.

On this occasion Special Director General of Police Kailash Makwana, Milind Kanaskar, Additional Director General of Police Vijay Kataria,Pragya Richa Srivastava, D. Srinivasa Rao and other officers and employees were present.
