Inauguration of RACC (Retail Asset Credit Centre) Bokaro under the aegis of Regional Business Office, State Bank of India, Bokaro was done by J Mohanty, General Manager, Jharkhand Network in the presence of Sohan Kumar, Deputy General Manager (Business & Operations), Dhanbad Zone. On this occasion, tree plantation was also done by Mr.Mohanty in the campus.
RACC is a loan processing center whose purpose is to simplify the various types of loan disbursement process of the bank and reduce the time of loan clearance. With its establishment, the credit related works of 18 branches connected will be completed quickly and efficiently and there will be a significant improvement in customer service.
During this occasion, Sapan Kumar, Regional Manager, Sudhanshu, Chief Manager (Customer Service and Channel Management), Arvind Kumar Giani, Chief Manager (Credit), Meenakshi Upadhyay, Chief Manager (RACC), Mo.Rafihamad, Chief Manager (Compliance) and a large number of other bank personnel were present.
