To inculcate the spirit of dedicating oneself to the service of others, Haryana Government has decided to launch a volunteer programme – Samarpan in the state.
Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar will launch the portal of this programme on September 25. He will also launch the website of the Department of Foreign Cooperation, www.fcd.haryana.gov.in and Hunar App on the occasion.
Giving details, an official spokesperson said that the implementation of this Samarpan programme would inculcate a sense of dedication towards the society and people would come forward to serve the society selflessly.
