Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal on Tuesday transferred five Indian Police Officers (IPS) to new postings while three IPS were promoted and assigned to duties.
According to the order issued by the L-G office, David Lalrinsanga, IPS 1995, who was posted as Joint Commissioner of Police, Headquarters has been promoted to Special CP, P&L while Joint CP, licensing, Devesh Chandra Shirvastava, IPS 1995 batch, has been promoted and posted as Special CP of the Economic Offences Wing (EOW).
I D Shukla, IPS 1995 batch, has been promoted as Special CP, Security. Sagar Preet Hooda, IPS 1997 batch, has been posted at Special Cell, on his arrival from Arunachal Pradesh.
Dr O P Mishra, IPS 2002 batch, has been transferred as Joint CP, Licensing and A V Deshpande, IPS 2007 batch has been posted as Additional CP, SPUWAC.
