Lockdown was imposed in Bihar till May 15 amid a surge in Covid-19 cases with the State facing a positivity rate of around 10 per cent, officials said on Tuesday. The decision for the lockdown, which will come into effect on Wednesday, was taken at the meeting of the Crisis Management Group presided over by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, they said.
