Ollywood actress Varsha Priyadarshini has moved the Supreme Court seeking transfer of the divorce suit filed by her actor-husband and Kemndrapada BJD MP Anubhav Mohanty in the Patiala House Court in Delhi to the Family Court in Cuttack.
As Anubhav stays maximum days at his MP quarter in New Delhi, he has filed the divorce petition at the Patiala House Court as per his convenience. Citing her inconvenience, Varsha requested to the apex court to transfer the matter to a court at her home town Cuttack.
Notably, Varsha has filed a domestic violence case at the SDJM Court in Cuttack on August 7 accusing Anubhav of physical and mental torture. A month before the case, Anubhav had filed his divorce petition on July 6.
