A Two days Capacity Building program for the employees of Hospitality & Protocol Jammu was inaugurated today by Sh Hashmat Ali Khan, KAS, Director Hospitality & Protocol, J&K through Online Mode at Convention centre , Jammu. The Capacity Building program has been organised in collaboration with M/s Indus EduTrain Pvt Ltd a National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) empanelled vocational training partner with aim to impart Hard/ soft skills to the officials required in service sector, besides etiquettes, personal hygiene & hygiene in food production.
The training endeavors to impart among the officials the best skills, knowledge of the latest trends, modern ways & techniques to ensure the Guest satisfaction.
Director, H&P,J&K while motivating the officials towards improvisation of their skills and services further said that the programme is organised with the objective of upgrading the skills of the staff of Hospitality & Protocol and imbibe in them a culture of courtesy, etiquettes and to inculcate an aptitude for problem solving and service, the safety and security parameters.
