Various decisions were taken in the board meeting of the Uttarakhand Housing and Urban Development Authority (UHUDA) presided over by the State Urban Development and Housing minister Madan Kaushik here on Thursday.
It was decided in the meeting that two finance proposal bids had been received for the Rudrapur housing scheme under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, in addition to which rates should also be received from other enterprises. Approval was granted for proposal for re-appropriation of Rs 14 lakh for the board’s budget. It was also decided in the meeting that four authorities- the Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA), Haridwar Roorkee Development Authority (HRDA), Special Area Development Authority (SADA) and Nainital district level authority will contribute 10 per cent of their income to UHUDA. Further, it was decided that decision should be taken in a week on the bid proposals passed for online map approval system in the district level authority.
The committee formed regarding the matter of personnel will also submit its report in one week. The committee comprises additional secretary Sunil Panthri, joint chief administrator Banshidhar Tiwari and finance controller PC Khare. The committee will decide regarding provision of personnel in the district level authority. It was also stated in the meeting that personnel needed should be taken on deputation while for other posts, requisition should be sent to the public service commission. Secretary Nitesh Jha, finance additional secretary, LM Pant, planning additional secretary VS Manral and other officials concerned were also present in the meeting.
