Bringing laurels to Odisha, Omm Subham Mohapatra of Baripada has qualified for the finale of the Colors Hindi television channel’s dance reality show ‘Dance Deewane Season-2’.
The 10-year-old boy impressed judges Madhuri Dixit Nene, choreographer Tushar Kalia and director Shashank Khaitan with his mesmerising performances during various earlier stages of the competition.
Omm Subham also earned praises from Bollywood stars Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha and Vidya Balan during their appearance as guests in the show. He was adjudged the ‘Best Chamakta Performer’ among all contestants last week.
Omm Subham’s family members have urged the people of Odisha and viewers of the programme to vote in his favour to make him the winner of the show.
