Devotees throng Mahakaleshwar temple
Ujjain: Devotees in a large number thronged at Mahakaleshwar temple on Monday to celebrate Mahashivratri with joy and fervor. For visiting Mahakaal temple devotees started to queue in the night on Sunday. The gates of the Sanctum Santorum were opened in the night at 2 o’clock and after performing ‘Bhasm Aarti’ gates were opened for devotees. The pooja by government was performed on the scheduled time at 12 in Sanctum Santorum in which Commissioner Ajit Kumar, IG Rakesh Gupta, Collector Shashank Mishra, SP Sachin Atulkar were present.
North-East food fest from 8-10 march

18th Inter CTW Triangular Meet 2019
Mhow: The 18th Inter CTW Triangular Meet 2019 is scheduled to be conducted from March 13 to 16 by Cadets Training Wing (CTW), MCTE on behalf of Army Training Command. The Triangular Meet is an annual sports competition wherein teams from the three Cadets Training Wings located at Mhow, Pune and Secundrabad compete in four different disciplines. This year, competition in Hockey, Volleyball, Cross Country and Tennis form part of the meet.
BHEL observes National Safety Day
Bhopal: National Safety Day was observed on Monday at BHEL, Bhopal with a number of programmes being held across the unit. The programme began with DK Thakur Executive Director BHEL Bhopal administering the Safety Pledge to all general managers, DRO’s, AGMs and union representatives of Central Safety Council at Third Floor Administration Building. Later safety round, safety message and mock drill at different locations of the unit were carried out.
Min grieves Senior Journalist’s death
Bhopal: Minister for Public Relations PC Sharma has expressed profound grief over the demise of the Senior Journalist Pushpendra Solanki. Sharma said that Late Solanki was among the few journalists, who used to leave impact with his courageous writings on social concerns. Solanki had established his image as an influential journalist. Sharma has prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and to give strength to the bereaved family to bear the loss.
Min visits several religious programmes
Bhopal: Minister for Religious Trusts and Endowments Shri P.C. Sharma attended various religious programmes held today on the occasion of Mahashivratri festival. After performing pooja archana at Badwale Mahadev Mandir, he towed the chariot of Shiv Baraat. Shri Sharma also participated in the Kalash Yatra of the Nepali community. He prayed for the prosperity of the state by performing pooja archana at Pashupatinath Mandir of BHEL.

Bhopal:Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Shri Arif Aqueel attended the annual function of the New Dimension School, Koh-e-Fiza held at Ravindra Bhavan today. He appreciated the cultural programmes presented by the little children. Shri Aqueel also released the 25th Annual Report of the school.
Min to inaugurate Swarozgar Mela
Bhopal: Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Arif Aqueel will inaugurate a daylong Swarozgar Mela and Jagrukta Shivir (awareness camp) at 11 am on March 5. The Mela is being organized by the MSME Department at Iqbal Maidan near Sadar Manzil. The camp will comprise an exhibition of the products of beneficiaries, stalls for information and guidance about 12 departments and their self–employment schemes besides stalls of branches of various banks. The new portal
“Jobs in MP” of the department will be dedicated. Information about the facilities being given to industries will be displayed. Unemployed youth will be encouraged and given guidance to establish their own business. Loans will be distributed to the beneficiaries of various schemes at the camp. MP Online stalls will also be set up where interested candidates can apply under the scheme.
