In a unique step towards idea generation, the Syndicate Bank here organised a consultative workshop in Dehradun on Saturday. The workshop was being organised in sync with the Ministry of Finance for idea generation at grass root levels in all the branches.
The workshop was attended by the branch heads and field functionaries from Dehradun region.
The event began by review of the performance of the bank in last five years across various business divisions to identify area specific issues and growth potential.
Addressing the workshop , the regional manager of Syndicate bank K P Pant said that the objective of the workshop is to generate ideas that keep the national priorities and customer service at centre stage. “Syndicate Bank has always kept country’s economic growth as objective while formulating any new initiative,’’ he said.
