On the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on October 02, the Chief Minister Kamal Nath will present 'Mahatma Gandhi Samman' to the best professor for his/her exemplary contribution in the field of education following Gandhian ideology and principles. This award is being given by the Madhya Pradesh Hindi Granth Academy for the first time.
Various programmes will be organized in RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration in the Chairmanship of the Minister for Higher Education Jeetu Patwari on October 2 from 10.30 am. Prof Ramrajesh Mitra’s book 'Chitropam Gandhi' and Vijayadutt Sridhar’s book 'Vandaniya Bapu (Gandhi ka Sansar)' will be released in the programme. As many as 21 winner students selected from universities of the state will also be honored on this occasion.
