Amid apprehension of an adverse reaction to the revoking of two key constitutional provisions –Article 370 and Article 35 (A) that gave the state of Jammu & Kashmir a host of special rights, Chandigarh Police on Monday put up special nakas in various parts of the city, especially in the areas where Kashmiri students or residents are staying.
