A children’s film festival that got underway from Saturday at Bharat Bhavan, is evoking a good response by the little movie buffs of the city. Various movies of different genres are being screened at Bharat Bhavan for the young audience.
Being organised under the Chhavi series of classical cinema, the children’s film festival that began here from Saturday, would continue till Friday.
Notably, the film fest is being organised especially for children to enjoy their vacation evenings and for this much selected movies are being screened each day.
Besides, all the movies screened at the festival are produced under the banner of Children Film Society of India (CFSI). On Monday Bal Shivaji was screened, which received a satisfactory response by the audience. It showcased the childhood of Chhatrapati Shivaji and tales of his bravery as a young warrior.
