The National Informatics Centre (NIC), Haryana has developed a mobile app ‘INTRAHARYANA’ where the government employee could register itself and view their profile. This app will be available on Google Play Store.

The employee could also intimate his Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) in case any information is incorrect or missing in his profile, said a spokesman of Information Technology (IT) Department.

He said that in some cases, it has been observed by NIC that in order to get the salary released, a single service entry has been made in Human Resource Management System (HRMS). Therefore, details of employee service in respect of his posting be filled up as per actual service record till date.

The departments have been asked that sub-office be defined in the HRMS upto the root level i.e. the actual place of posting of an employee and not only upto the office of the DDO, said he.

The spokesman said that it has also been asked that the service profile be verified and the data entry be done with accuracy since the data is going to the centralized database for the government for all purposes.

Also, the authenticity of the data be ensured by the concerned DDO in respect of each and every details filled up on HRMS. The DDO and nodal officer of the department would be held responsible if the data of an employee in found incorrect. A certificate be obtained from each DDO regarding accuracy of the date, he said.

In case of any assistance regarding HRMS, the DDO could approach the nodal officer or technical nodal officer of the department, he added.
