Sir — The apex court’s clarification that the Delhi Government should have some powers for its performance, is welcome. In the present situation, the powerlessness of the democratically elected Aam Aadmi Party regime is a mockery of our democracy.
Strangely, the Union Government and the lieutenant Governor are the undeclared rulers of Delhi. Pragmatically, the administration led by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is merely an onlooker.
