Continental Wrestling Entertainment (CWE) the Indian version of WWE will be launched by the Great Khali (Dilip Singh Rana) at Rajeev Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Dehradun.
The Chief Minister Harish Rawat directed to complete all preparation in this regard. While reviewing the meeting at Bijapur Guest House on Thursday the CM directed that the internal part of the stadium must be completed by January 2016.
He also directed the Secretary Sports Shailesh Bagauli to prepare a plan for using stadium and a calendar must be prepared for this. “A plan should also be prepared for organizing such events after organizing Great Khali’s event. Possible expenditure plan for next 3 or 4 years should also be prepared,” he added.
A team of professionals must be constituted to develop the stadium as a source of income.
The Sports Minister Dinesh Agarwal and the CM advisor Ranjeet Singh with other officials were present on the occasion.
