Rajbhra Medicare Private limited has been running Community Health Centre (CHC) in Raipur on PPP mode since July 15, 2013. Its functioning drew positive comments from a World Bank team during its visit to the centre.
Managing Director of the company Rajnish Kashyap said he had lodged FIR against an unknown person, charging the latter with maligning him through an obscene and false mail sent to the media persons on a fictitious email id.
A picture and a mail, purportedly written by Rajnish Casshyap (rajnish.ki.bar-badi@gmail.com) was sent to the media persons.
In the mail circulated thus, Rajnish purportedly claimed that everyone in the Government is aware of the fact that his contract for CHC with the Government is invalid and it was obtained through false
documents. Bank guarantee submitted by him was also forged.
However, no one in the Uttarakhand Government has the spunk to cancel it since all the politicians (from both BJP and
Congress) are in his pocket. A photo was also uploaded that shows a woman in a compromising position.
MD Rajnish Kashyap claimed he has lodged a complaint before DIC-CID, Dehradun SSP Ajay Rautela, SSP STF, SSP cyber crime and Dalanwala police station Dehradun. He had lodged a complaint in Delhi cyber cell as well, he claimed.
