The mahurat of Odia film Krishna Govinda was recently held in Cuttack with veteran actor and director Prashant Nanda giving the clap.
The story is based on two male characters, Krishna and Govinda. lord Krishna comes to Earth to help his devotee Govinda in a modern avatar as friend. Miss Odisha Kajol Satpathy is playing the female lead. She will be seen debuting in a lead role opposite Suraj Tripathy, also debutant in the industry.
The film’s storyline includes the marriage and divorce of a zamindar’s daughter. Produced under the banner of Swati Media Entertainment, the movie is being produced by Satyakant Sahu while the directorial responsibility rests on debutant director T Ganesh. The film is expected to hit the theatres very soon.
