Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav claimed that his government was committed towards development and progress of the state and had never done politics on the Issue.

Chief Minister also order to conduct a probe that how the officials in Parag Co-operative Dairy had used budget sanctioned by him for distribution of dues of the farmers has been used for clearing salaries of the staff. Besides he also inaugurated UP Industrial Grievances Redressal System (UPIGRS)and NIVES Mitra, a link to Udyog Bandhu facilitation single window system to industrialist where they can get their work Rs on-line’ and is case of complaint could get redressal with (UPIGRS).
Akhilesh Yadav was speaking soon after Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between UP State Industrial Development Corporation (UPSIDC) and officials of THDC India limited (for laying thermal power plant with 1320Mw capacity involving Rs 10,270 crore in Khurja) and Jagdishpur Paper Mills for setting up a paper mill at Utelwa Industrial area respectively. Interestingly, Akhilesh chose to attack Congress leaders including Sonia Gandhi though without naming her when he handed over two letters of allotment of land for Hindustan Paper Mills in Jagdishpur at 3,700 crore and a ACC cement plant at Tikariya worth over Rs 650 crore, both falling under the constituency of Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi.
Chief Minister claimed that the new industrial projects in the state would pave way for direct employment to over 29,000 youths besides creating huge indirect job opportunities. He alleged that due to apathetic approach or the previous governments, the industrial atmosphere was not positive for the big players so soon after taking charge of the State, he not only introduced a new industrial policy but also facilitated more infrastructure in form of roads and power to attract the industrialists to come to UP and now his efforts started showing fruits though the recent political development had slowed the process. Rs Rs The recent political developments in Delhi had affected Industrial atmosphere but I wanted to assure the big groups that my government is going to remain for many for years”, claimed Akhilesh while trying to send a message of stability of his government. Chief Minister also pointed rapid development in NOIDA but said that lucknow is biggest city on route to Delhi to Kolkata so he wanted that state capital as well entire State should witness same industrial developmentas already seen in NOIDA. Interestingly Akkhlish also not forget to lure the industrialists by saying that his government will take care of Rs sweetner’ to those making investment in UP so they should also have better prospect.
Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner, Alok Ranjan while welcoming the chief minister said that besides two MoU, they also handed over land allotment letters to ACC cement plant at Tikariya, Amrapali Power & Cement Private limited at Bhuragarh Industrial Area in Banda, a milk procession and production unit at Karkhiyaon Industrial Area in Varanasi to AMUl, and lastly they also gave land for Plastic Technology Education Institute at Dibiyapur-Auraiya. Principal Secretary (IIDC), Dr Surya Pratap Singh claimed that it is just a beginning of industrialisation in the State and many more similar projects will come soon.
