After the conclusion of the Global Investors Summit (GIS) in Bhopal, Union Home Minister Amit Shah departed for Delhi only after an important meeting with senior minister Kailash Vijayvargiya at the State Hangar in Bhopal.
According to sources, Cabinet Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya was initially absent from the meeting, prompting Amit Shah to call him personally. Vijayvargiya, who had already traveled a significant distance from Bhopal, immediately turned back and reached the State Hangar to meet with Shah.
The meeting was attended by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, Deputy Chief Ministers Rajendra Shukla and Jagdish Devda, along with BJP State President VD Sharma. The GIS brought significant investment to Madhya Pradesh, and Shah had presided over the closing ceremony before his scheduled departure for Delhi.
Meanwhile, Vijayvargiya had left from Indore for Bhopal but had crossed the city when Shah arrived at the State Hangar. Upon learning of Vijayvargiya’s absence, Shah inquired about his whereabouts and had him called back for the meeting.
