BHEL Executive Director Ramanathan emphasizes innovation in Hindi work

The meeting of the Official Language Implementation Committee of BHEL Bhopal was held under the chairmanship of Executive Director SM Ramanathan and in the presence of General Managers and Department Heads the other day. Additional General Manager (HR) Arif Ahmed Siddiqui welcomed everyone.

Addressing the meeting, S.M. Ramanathan said that for Hindi work, everyone in the unit should be encouraged and motivated, new activities should be done and something new should always be brought. He said that keeping in mind the basic needs of the company, such topics should be selected in Manas Manjari which are directly beneficial in the interest of the company such as 5-S, maintenance, your suggestions to improve the system, at present cash collection is a serious problem, suggestions should also be invited through articles for its solution. Also share your views on the level at which you see yourself and your organization after ten years.

In this meeting, Manas Manjari magazine Year-35, Issue-2 was released by the honorable Executive Director. All the General Managers and DROs were present on the occasion of the release.

Earlier, Additional General Manager and Chief (Human Resources) Santosh Kumar Gupta said that due to the combined and dedicated efforts of all of us, Bhopal unit of BHEL is playing a leading role in the field of official language, but according to the new circumstances, there is an expectation to increase the use of Hindi more.

In this meeting, Deputy Manager Official Language, Mrs. Poonam Sahu made a presentation on the activities of the last quarter and the upcoming action plan.

In the meeting, after extensive discussion on various topics related to departmental action plans, meetings, training, competitions, etc. related to making the implementation of official language more effective in Bhopal unit, the action plan for the upcoming quarter was decided and a vote of thanks was given.
