Tragic fire in Telangana claims lives of 3

In a heartbreaking incident from Telangana’s Miryalaguda area, a grandmother and her two grandchildren were burnt alive after a fire broke out in their house at Kalalwadi locality late Thursday night. The tragedy comes just a month after the children had lost their father, deepening the family’s grief.
The deceased have been identified as Chandrakala (45), and her grandchildren Lakshman (16) and Pranathi (14). According to reports, the children’s father had died a month earlier, after which their mother Dhanamma moved to Pune in search of livelihood, leaving the children under the care of their grandmother.
The fire broke out late at night and quickly engulfed the house, trapping all three inside. Despite efforts, none of them could be rescued and they died on the spot before fire services arrived.
Officials suspect that the blaze may have been triggered either by an electrical short circuit or a gas leak, though the exact cause has not yet been confirmed. Fire and rescue teams reached the location and managed to control the flames before they spread to nearby houses.
Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the exact reason behind the fire incident. The tragedy has left the local community in shock, especially due to the recent loss already faced by the family.
