Addressing the recruits via video conferencing, the Prime Minister said the government is committed to providing transparent and merit-based employment opportunities to the country’s youth.
He said the newly appointed candidates are becoming part of India’s development journey at a time when the country is rapidly expanding infrastructure, technology, manufacturing and public services.
PM Modi stressed that India’s young workforce will be the driving force behind the nation’s transformation into a developed country by 2047. He urged the recruits to work with dedication, honesty and a spirit of public service.
The Prime Minister also highlighted various government initiatives aimed at boosting employment generation, skill development and entrepreneurship across sectors.
According to officials, the appointment letters were distributed across multiple government departments and ministries as part of the Centre’s ongoing recruitment campaign under the Rozgar Mela initiative.
