JeM ultra killed in Pakistan

 

Maulana Salman Azhar, a senior commander of the banned Pakistan-based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) was reportedly killed under suspicious circumstances on Wednesday after being hit by an unidentified vehicle in Bahawalpur, the group’s operational hub.

Maulana Salman Azhar, also referred to in some reports as Maulana Muhammad Salman, was described by local sources as a top operative closely associated with JeM chief Masood Azhar. He was reportedly responsible for handling the outfit’s finance and operational affairs at its headquarters in Bahawalpur, known as Markaz Subhanallah.

According to available information, Azhar was fatally hit by an unidentified vehicle in what has been termed a road accident under highly mysterious circumstances. His funeral prayers were held the same day at approximately 4.00 pm local time at Markaz Subhan Allah in Bahawalpur.
