Kerala Police probes VPVV Techno for printing fake US documents in Delhi

Kerala Police has registered two cases against a Nagpur-based company VPVV Techno Construction Pvt. Ltd for printing fake documents of US defence purchase agreement and US President’s approvals on purchasing defence equipment from India. These fake documents were printed from a Press in Ramesh Park, East Delhi by the company promoters Venkita Venkat, Aqueel Ahamed, Police sources said.
The company VPVV Techno Constructions is facing a probe for cheating investors by showing fake US contracts. The company also published Indo-US Pacific Peace Treaty and circulated among many Indian businessmen in Delhi, Mumbai, Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, claiming they got a weapon manufacturing contract from United States worth more than Rs 80,000 crore and collected more than Rs 750 crore from many investors.
The company’s other directors Hitesh Kumar, known as Doctor Sahib and Rahul Rajeev Nair, Rajan Pradeep Kumar Prabhakaran and Vinod Rama Warrier Kumar is also in the police radar for cheating many investors by printing fake US documents. The company promoters claimed that US Government has approved them as “principal developer” of defence equipment to be manufactured from India and exported to US.
These directors have created a web of more than 15 benami companies, mostly registered in Nagpur, said Police.
Kerala Police believes Hitesh Kumar known as `Doctor Sahib’ is the kingpin of this fake company. Police has registered another case against him for gaining anticipatory bail from Kerala High Court using fake identity. Registry is also probing on this incident, said police officers, adding that Venkita Venkat and other accused are now out on bail.
Meanwhile, cheated investors said that they will approach Kerala High Court seeking CBI probe. The fraud by the VVPV and its promoters was tipped off to Indian agencies by FBI. The FBI found that the Nagpur based company has printed “Q Clearance Bag”, which is signed by US President from an East Delhi Press, along with many US documents.
Kerala Police has identified a Delhi based businessman Vijay Kasa for fooling investors and printing fake US documents. Two retired Police officers from Kerala and 4-5 advocates were also involved in the racket of printing fake US defence purchase documents, said investigators. The company has also opened a regional centre in Thiruvanathapuram and headquarters is shown as in Vasant Vihar in south Delhi area.
Cheated investors who are planning to approach High Court seeking CBI probe said that as this “fraud company” is operating from several areas in India, the probe should be done by CBI and Enforcement Directorate. According to them FBI has first tipped off CBI in 2025 about the fake defence equipment export to United States. Many investors have filed complaint to Delhi Police also and they said that some promoters like Venkit Venkat, Aqueel Ahmed and Rajan Malik conducted a Press conference in Delhi on June 5 and claimed that they are absolved from all charges, citing fake documents.
