Diljit Dosanjh to perform at Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium on November 21

Punjabi actor and musician Diljit Dosanjh will perform at Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium on November 21 as part of his ongoing AURA World Tour.
Dosanjh made the announcement during his performance at London's Wembley Stadium on Saturday.
While announcing the Ahmedabad show, the singer-actor referred to Coldplay's concert at the same venue, which drew huge demand and led to digital queues, app crashes on BookMyShow and controversy over ticket black marketing.
"The biggest stadium is in India - Narendra Modi Stadium. Ek gorey group ne waha pe sell out kar diya tha (Coldplay). Respect for them, bahut mubarkan. India mein stadium ho, aur Punjabi udhar na ho, yeh toh phir ho nahi sakta," he said in videos from the Wembley performance.
Dosanjh, known for tracks such as "G O A T", "Laembadgini" and "Morni", has built a global following and performed across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, among other places.
The Ahmedabad concert will add another major Indian stadium show to the singer's international tour schedule.
Dosanjh has also been active in films and recently featured in Imtiaz Ali's "Main Vaapas Aaunga", in which he played Nirvair Singh Grewal.
