CM Mohan Yadav meets UAE economy minister in Dubai

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Monday held a high-level meeting with UAE Cabinet member and Minister of Economy and Tourism Abdullah bin Touq Al Marri in Dubai, seeking to deepen investment and economic cooperation between the UAE and Madhya Pradesh.
Yadav formally invited Al Marri to participate in the upcoming Global Investors Summit (GIS) in Madhya Pradesh. Accepting the invitation, Al Marri assured him that a special investment delegation from Dubai would soon visit Madhya Pradesh to explore opportunities in the hotel and hospitality sector.
The two sides also discussed potential cooperation in mining, textiles, forestry and tourism. Yadav outlined the state Government’s transparent policies, land ownership regulations, labour reforms and investor protection mechanisms. He also highlighted the positive experience of UAE companies already operating in Madhya Pradesh and reiterated the Government’s commitment to providing a conducive business environment for new investors.
Aviation connectivity and operations between Madhya Pradesh and the UAE were another key area of discussion. Yadav highlighted the major provisions of the state’s new aviation policy, while Al Marri, who is also chairman of the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority, assured support for expanding aviation operations between the two regions.
