Under the leadership of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, another important step has been taken towards making the state technologically and digitally empowered. Under the important initiative of the state government, the IT Tower located in Namkum, Ranchi is set to take Jharkhand to new heights of the digital age. This state-of-the-art IT tower not only showcases the technological progress of Jharkhand, but will also create new employment opportunities for the youth of the state.

Praising the project, the Chief Minister said that the IT tower will open a new door of skill development and employment for the youth of Jharkhand. This will help the state to become a leader in the technological and industrial sector.

This IT tower has been developed under the supervision of Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority (JIADA), which will act as a major hub for technological and digital businesses. Its structure is of G + 5 floors and the area is about 40,000 square feet.

Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority (JIADA), Ranchi Regional Office has invited applications from reputed organizations and eligible ITITES sector entities for long term lease (for 30 years) of state-of-the-art IT Tower located at Namkum Industrial Area, last date being 15.02.2025. Through this project, Jharkhand Government is committed to make the state digitally empowered and technologically self-reliant. The IT Tower will prove to be a milestone in the industrial and economic development of not only Ranchi but the entire state.
