The first surveillance audit for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) of BSL's Human Resources (HR) and Projects Division was conducted by external auditor Amitabh Sengupta from M/s TÜV. The HR division audit meeting was chaired by Chief General Manager (HR), Hari Mohan Jha. Sengupta provided an overview of TÜV’s auditing process and requirements. The session was attended by HR sectional heads and Business Excellence officials, with coordination by General Managers (Business Excellence), Anupama Tiwari and B. Banerjee.
The Projects Division audit meeting was chaired by Executive Director (Projects), Amrendra Jha. During the closing meeting on January 10, Tiwari welcomed participants, and Sengupta presented audit findings, highlighting opportunities for improvement (OFIs). Jha emphasized the audit as an opportunity for continuous improvement, while Chief General Manager (Projects), Anima Kushwaha, committed to addressing all improvement points.
At the conclusion, Sengupta recommended the continuation of ISO 9001:2015 QMS certification for the HR and Projects Division, reinforcing BSL's dedication to quality and excellence.
