AIIMS Bhopal has taken a commendable step to enhance the comfort of patient attendants. To address the challenge of limited seating, especially during the scorching summer months, shaded seating areas have been installed outside the Trauma and Emergency Department, on both sides outside the Red Triage area. This initiative aims to provide a comfortable waiting space for the relatives of patients, including small children, ensuring relief from the intense heat. Additionally, this step is expected to contribute to better crowd management in the emergency department, reducing unnecessary congestion and maintaining a smoother workflow.
Emphasizing the significance of this initiative, Prof. (Dr.) Ajai Singh remarked, "At AIIMS Bhopal, we are committed to not only providing exceptional medical care but also ensuring the well-being and comfort of the patients' families.
