Chief Minister Mohan Yadav directed action against 20 negligent officers and employees based on complaints received in Samadhan Online. Additionally, a contractor responsible for disruptions in the drinking water supply was penalized. The Chief Minister personally oversaw the resolution of long-pending cases registered in the CM Helpline during Samadhan Online on Friday.
Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, and other senior officials were present. Dr. Yadav also addressed district collectors and officials via video conference, instructing them to ensure efficient water supply in both urban and rural areas.
The Chief Minister ordered penalties against the three individuals responsible for irregularities in drinking water management. He warned that strict action would be taken against officials in districts where citizens complained about drinking water shortages.
In Sehore district, a resident, Mr. Bhanwar Singh Patel, reported a non-supply of water in Barkhedi village. As a result, A fine of Rs.37,469 was imposed on the contractor firm, M/s Vishwa. Technical issues in the tap water scheme were resolved, and domestic water connections were activated.
Similarly, in Mauganj, the complainant, . Sunil Kumar Sahu reported that a broken pipeline had disrupted water supply for over 1.5 years. Actions taken against the contractor, KNK Company, the company was ordered to complete the repairs immediately. A field engineer from the project unit was terminated and Notices were issued to the Chief Municipal Officer, Assistant Engineer, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager of the Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Corporation for failing to resolve the issue on time.
Yadav instructed strict action against those delaying the tap water scheme implementation across districts.
In the Chhindwara district, Mrs. Durgabai Vishwakarma filed a complaint regarding delays in well construction. Actions taken against the CEO and Assistant Engineer of the Janpad Panchayat. The Show cause notices were issued along with a two-increment freeze as a penalty. The Gram Panchayat Secretary was suspended immediately. The Gram Rojgar Sahayak (Village Employment Assistant) was issued a termination notice. A payment of Rs. 72,372 was made to the complainant for well construction.
CM ordered to issue of show cause notices against Negligent officials from the Social Justice Department and Treasury for delays in the Marriage Promotion Scheme for Disabled Individuals. Dinesh Kalme from the Khandwa district complained about a delay in receiving Rs. 1 lakh under the disability marriage promotion scheme. After registering the complaint on March 21, the amount was disbursed and show cause notices were issued.
Monika from the Singrauli district faced delays in receiving her scholarship. The Chief Minister expressed displeasure and warned officers of strict action if such delays occurred again. Her pending scholarship amount of Rs. 22,748 was transferred via the portal.
Rohit Raikwar from the Vidisha district reported issues in receiving ?10,000 under the PM Svanidhi scheme. The complaint was resolved, and the amount was credited to him. CM Yadav emphasized that Madhya Pradesh leads the nation in this scheme's implementation.
Ghananand Dwivedi from the Rewa district applied for compensation after losing livestock to a lightning strike seven months ago. His compensation of Rs. 20,000 was approved. The Naib Nazir was suspended, and the responsible Tehsildar was issued a show-cause notice.
Ramesh Jatav from Gwalior faced delays in receiving the third installment under the Housing Scheme. His complaint revealed incorrect data entry in the CM Helpline. The concerned Chief Municipal Officer was issued a show cause notice. His installment was credited.
Ayushman Bharat Scheme Compensation Paid to Shri Rakesh Rishchariya from Chhatarpur. He was overcharged for medical treatment despite being covered under Ayushman Bharat. His refund of Rs. 26,747 was processed, and a fine of Rs. 80,241 (three times the overcharged amount) was imposed on the hospital.
Shri Asharam Lodhi from the Tikamgarh district faced delays in receiving benefits under the Acharya Vidyasagar Cattle Welfare Scheme. The responsible official was penalized, and the complainant received Rs. 30,982 under the scheme.
