On October 18, the Women’s Committee of Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) inaugurated its third branch, “Swaad Sadan,” at the canteen located within Ispat Bhawan. The event was jointly inaugurated by BSL’s Director in Charge, B.K. Tiwari, and the President of the Women’s Committee, Anita Tiwari.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by several senior officials, including Executive Director (Projects and Additional Charge of MM) C.R. Mahapatra, Executive Director (Finance and Accounts) Suresh Rangani, Executive Director (Mines) Jaydeep Dasgupta, Executive Director (SRU) P.K. Rath, Chief Medical Officer Dr. B.B. Karunamoy, along with vice presidents and members of the Women’s Committee.
The Women’s Committee operates “Surabhi,” which is renowned for its purity and fresh food products. With the launch of “Swaad Sadan” at Steel Bhawan, the committee is now set to make its offerings accessible to a wider audience. During the inauguration, Director in Charge B.K. Tiwari extended his congratulations and best wishes to the Women’s Committee for this new venture.
