City residents will be able to enjoy an exhibition based on masks at the tribal museum in the Shamla Hills area of the state capital.
The exhibition will commence at 2 PM on Friday and Saturday, and Sunday.Organised by the 'Janjatiya Lok Kala Evam Boli Vikas Akademi,' the three day event will include dance performances from nine states in the country.The event wil alsol feature a mask exhibition, in collaboration with the Himalayan World Museum from Sikkim, showcasing masks from eight countries, and seven seven states of India.
Masks from Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, Bangladesh, Fiji, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia will be displayed. Additionally, delicious cuisine will be available at the festival.Notably, this is the first time an international mask-based exhibition is being organised at the museum. Cultural performances will start at 6:30 PM on all three days.
