State Govt committed to development and public welfare: CM

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has said schemes ensuring welfare of women will continue. The Ladli Behna Yojana installment for the month of March will be deposited in the accounts of women on March 1st. The Chief Minister said that service to people is the top priority. He was addressing a public meeting after the road-show in Balaghat today.

Yadav dedicated to people Hindustan Green Energy Limited and Hindustan Tapes Private Limited industrial units costing Rs 650 crore. He laid foundation stone for development works worth Rs 761 crore in Balaghat district.

Yadav also gave away benefits to the beneficiaries of various schemes. MP Dhal Singh Bisen, former Minister Gauri Shankar Bisen, former Minister of State Ramkishore Kanvre and public representatives were present.

The Chief Minister administered oath to the people to respect all women, serve the poor and remain committed to the development of the state under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. Later Chief Minister Dr. Yadav interacted with the beneficiaries.

The development works for which Bhumi Pujan was done included construction of PVC insulation electrical Miragpur at a cost of Rs 150 crore, Ethanol unit in Gudrughat at a cost of Rs 300 crore, construction of silicon, ferro alloys and steel unit in Sarandi at a cost of Rs 200 crore, various construction works costing Rs 12 crore 51 lakh in government high schools of Kinhi, Khurmundi, Amai, Kochewahi, Bakora, Bakori, Piparjhari, Dhapera and Basegaon, construction work in government colleges of Tirodi and Malajkhand costing Rs 2 crore 17 lakh, construction of bridge on Chandan river on Jhaliwada to Mehduli road at a cost of Rs 11 crore 43 lakh and various rural road construction works costing of Rs 20 crore 42 lakh. 45 development works constructed at a cost of Rs 45 crore 84 lakh have been dedicated in Balaghat.

Among these, 20 urban drinking water schemes costing more than Rs 17 crore under AMRUT-2.0 scheme were dedicated. Along with this, construction work in 11 new sub-health centers at a cost of Rs 14 crore 63 lakh, construction and strengthening of roads worth more than Rs 6 crore, construction of Kasturba Gandhi Girls Residential School in Birsa Kachnari at a cost of Rs 1 crore 38 lakh and construction work of 3 high level bridges at a cost of Rs Rs 5 crore 24 lakh is also included.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the cultivation of Kodo-Kutki is being encouraged in tribal areas. A university in the name of Rani Avantibai Lodhi will soon be dedicated in Sagar.

Dr. Yadav said that Lord Ram set an example an ideal ruler by taking the forest dwellers along with him and by respecting every being. Everyone is wishing to have Ram Rajya. Everyone is proud of the Pran Pratishtha of Lord Ram. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the country is moving fast on the development path complying with the basic principles of Sanatan Dharma.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Swami Vivekananda had said that the 21st century belongs to India. Today the country’s economy is constantly progressing. All major countries of the world are eager to maintain friendly ties with India. Temples from Ayodhya to Arab are glorifying Sanatan culture.

To make India the world’s leading economy, the Madhya Pradesh government will work hard under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to strengthen democracy. Madhya Pradesh will become a front ranking state.
