A special program named "She-Connect" was organized for the female officers of Bokaro Steel Limited (BSL) under the aegis of the Human Resource (Learning & Development) Department on July 18. The program aimed to familiarize the female officers with the various activities and contributions of BSL and to provide them an opportunity to share their work-related experiences with each other.
The program commenced with an introduction to the purpose and outline of the event by the Human Resource (Learning & Development) Department. Subsequently, the female officers visited the Model Room at Ispat Bhavan, where they were briefed on the plant layout and CSR activities. The officers also toured the Surbhi and Swavalamban centers operated by the Women's Committee.
In addition, the group visited the Diksha Center, jointly run by BSL and the Dalmia Foundation, where they observed the training programs provided under CSR initiatives. They also visited the Handicraft Training Center in Sector-2, where women receive training in various skills.
In the afternoon, the concluding session of the program was held at the Human Resource (Learning & Development) Department. The session was graced by Chief General Manager (Projects) Anima Kushwaha, Chief General Manager HR (Learning & Development) Manish Jalota, and General Manager HR (Learning & Development) Neeta Ba. The program was coordinated by Assistant General Manager Amit Anand.
