Sagar Group's SISTec Business School organised two-day Inter-College Management Fest 'Sagar Exuberance 3.0' at its Gandhi Nagar campus. The fest aims to encourage managerial skills, creativity, teamwork, competitive spirit and entrepreneurship skills among students. The management fest witnessed the presence of 75 college teams with 400 participants across Madhya Pradesh. 

A series of competitions - Skills and Thrills (Management Games), Brand Combat (Marketing Puzzle & AD Making Competition), Vision in Frames (Poster Making Competition), Business Plan Competition, Lights Camera & AD (Video Ad Making Competition) and Young Manch (Talent Hunt Competition) were organized. The B School Fest was inaugurated by Dr. Akshay Kumar Tiwari, Cluster Business Head at Pathkind Labs and Entrepreneur Ms Renu Nayak.   PRAYAS - a unique fun fair by the SISTec students was also organised with the theme of 'Two Day Entrepreneur' showcasing their management skills in finance, marketing, selling and managing resources using the management function of PODSCORB in self-managed food stalls for all. Winners and runners-up events were celebrated with trophies, certificates, and cash prizes by Nishant Shrivastava HOD SISTec Business School.

Speaking on the occasion, Siddharth Agrawal Managing Director Sagar Group said, "Our Business School Management fests nurture entrepreneurship and people management skills amongst students.
