Dr. Girija Shankar Jha, Senior Interventional Cardiologist, Ninti Cardiac Care,Saharsa , emphasizes the importance of self-care in preventing chronic illnesses. "Heart health is significantly influenced by our lifestyle choices. Incorporating self-care practices such as regular physical activity, a heart-healthy diet, and stress management can drastically reduce the risk of heart disease," says Dr Arya.
