A "Rubaroo" interactive program was organized today in the Human Resources Learning and Development Department at Bokaro Steel Limited (BSL), under the guidance of Director-in-Charge Birendra Kumar Tiwari. The program saw the participation of around fifty officers from BSL.
The event commenced with a safety pledge led by the Director-in-Charge. Assistant General Manager (Safety and Fire Services) Kumar Rajneesh delivered a presentation on the theme "Safety Culture Transformation: The Way Forward." Senior Manager (Safety) Pramod Kumar Singh provided a detailed overview of the Kavach portal. Through these presentations, the aim was to enhance the sense of safety and responsibility among all BSL employees, create a safer work environment, identify potential hazards, and implement effective safety measures.
DIC Tiwari emphasized how incorporating safety behaviors into daily life can bring about a positive change. He stressed the importance of fostering a culture of safety and responsibility within the organization to ensure a secure and productive working environment.
