Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is organizing Regional Industry Conclaves in all regions to promote balanced development of the state. The next RIC will be held on December 7 in Narmadapuram. The Narmadapuram area has an abundance of agro-based industries, food processing units, and micro, small, and medium industries.

Along with the already established industries in Narmadapuram, Harda, and Hoshangabad, industries like agro-processing, soybean oil, spice production, and milk processing form the main economic activities here. Additionally, efforts are being made to accelerate local development through construction and other industries by utilizing the area's mineral wealth.

The 6th RIC will be organized on December 7, 2024 at Divisional ITI, Narmadapuram. Inspired by the experiences of the previous five Regional Industry Conclaves, this Conclave is being organized in the Narmadapuram region to enhance the growth of industries, investment prospects, and employment generation opportunities.

Investment opportunities in agriculture, food processing, minerals, MSME, and tourism sectors in Narmadapuram RIC will be explosed. Through CM Dr. Yadav's effort, an Industry-friendly environment has been fostered, leading to progress across the state's industrial areas. Narmadapuram and its neighboring disricts like Hoshangabad, Harda have many possibilities in the field of MSME, agro-based industries, and tourism to strengthen the local economy.

The objective of the conclave is to achieve balanced and coordinated economic development across all regions. This conclave will open new avenues of investment in Narmadapuram and its surrounding areas which will generate new employment opportunities and give impetus to economic development.

This RIC holds special importance for Narmadapuram and surrounding areas, as the natural beauty and cultural heritage here will be combined with industries. Pachmarhi, which is not only a major tourist destination but also has unique biodiversity and natural resources, will now become a new attraction for investors. Also, there is immense potential for development in both industrial and tourism sectors on the banks of river Narmada. This conclave will open new avenues of investment in sectors like agriculture, MSME, food processing, tourism, and minerals, which will boost employment and economic growth opportunities.

Narmadapuram and Pachmarhi, already famous for natural beauty and tourism, will now touch new heights from an industrial point of view also. This conclave will establish a harmonious balance between industrial, tourism, and social development.
