Laapaata Ladies, an Oscar nominated film for Academy Awards for best international feature films 2024 in Parivartan Yatra in Nilamber Pitamberpur, steered today by the famous Gorakhpur MP Ravi Kishan.

Ravi Kishan started his political war cry against the Jharkhand government first with a 6 sentence reference to his film Laapaata Ladies.

Many in the crowd just could've made any head or tail out of it.

He said "My film Laapata Ladies has reached Oscars. It's a great honour to India. It's all because of your blessings."

He was then unstoppable in flaying the present government in Jharkhand by raising the issue of infiltration, how infiltrators are ruling the roost, why one community here is lionised by the government, jihad and rampant corruption.

Ravi Kishan looked most obsessed with the issue of sand as for four consecutive times he mentioned sand saying its price has spiralled to 6,000 rupees from 600 rupees.

Ravi Kishan tried to woo the Bhojpuriya community here along with the adivasis saying "I have been coming into Jharkhand very often and I am told the population of the adivasis is declining. Why? How is this happening?"

He then switched to his Gorakhpur  where he comes from as its MP in UP saying "We have a double engine ki Sarkar there. Modi and Yogi are doing a great many works. There is development all around. But here there's corruption all around."

Ravi Kishan pulled a road show which was a great success. This film actor is the first entrant here in Jharkhand BJP's Parivartan Yatra.

He was accompanied by the local MLA Dr Shashibhushan Mehta, BJP district president Amit Tiwary and others.
