Special prayers at various temples were held and processions were taken out in Bihar's capital Patna on Monday as part of the celebrations of the Ram Mandir consecration in Ayodhya.
Temples were decorated with flowers, while thousands of 'diyas' lit up in the evening to mark the occasion. Women devotees of Lord Ram with religious flags sung 'kirtan' (devotional songs) at temples. Religious procession was also taken out from various locations of Capital, with most the procession assembling at Main Road.
Meanwhile, Ramotsav was celebrated amidst tight security in the capital Ranchi. Apart from two thousand police officers and 100 magistrates, CRPF personnel have also been deployed in Ranchi district. Along with the district police, CRPF personnel have been deployed in the highly sensitive area so that no untoward incident happens. CRPF soldiers have been deployed around the Ram Temple located on the main road of Ranchi. Apart from this, security forces have been deployed around all the temples of the capital Ranchi.
Every activity of the city is being monitored from the control room regarding Ramotsav. Apart from this, the police team is keeping an eye on social media. Ranchi Police has appealed to the city residents that if they get any kind of rumor then they should inform the police and not pay attention to the rumours. Ranchi Police is alert about this and is keeping an eye on every activity. On the instructions of the SSP, a flag march was carried out by Kotwali DSP, Kotwali police station in-charge, Lower Bazaar police station in-charge, policemen along with City SP Rajkumar Mehta from the main road from Ranchi's Firayalal to Daily Market, Karbala Chowk.
The festival is being celebrated by bursting crackers, processions are being taken out by various organizations of the city and everyone is congratulating each other. Ramotsav is being celebrated with great pomp by bursting firecrackers. In Ranchi, a procession has been taken out in all the areas including Firayalal Chowk, Sarjana Chowk, Main Road, Argora Chowk, Sahajanand Chowk.
On this occasion, Ranchi MP Sanjay Seth toured Ranchi urban and rural areas in a special vehicle. During this, the MP showered flowers on dozens of processions. The Ranchi MP visited dozens of temples and took blessings from God. Participated in Aarti, Havan and puja. The MP also visited Ranchi city and remote areas like Namkum, Tatisilve. Shri Seth said that the concept of the state which was conceived by Lord Ram is being completed under the leadership of respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. We are moving towards Ram Rajya.
