I met Rachna Tiwari on a shoot quite some time ago. I remember her coming in and guiding the photographer for the best possible shots. During our conversation, I learnt how she was working with Govt. of the Jharkhand IT department for startups, and to be honest, I was awestruck at how she handles two very distinct roles, i.e. fashion and entrepreneurship.
Since then, I spotted her walking on ramps with a seasoned model's expertise and being the featured face for many events and campaigns.
Almost a year and a half later, she got featured in VOGUE India, and I couldn't be prouder.

She has a stunning demeanour, which is evident by her selection for the final audition of Miss Diva in 2015, finishing second runner-up at the GlamWorld Event in 2017, representing Jharkhand and walking the runway for top brands like Avon (New York-based company) in 2018, BMW (in 2019) and Tanishq (Diamond launch in 2019), Tulsyan Jewellers, Loreal, Matrix, Wella, Nexa, Yamaha, Sree Mangalam jewellers, etc. The model has done E-Commerce shoots, designer shoots, advertisements shoots, hoardings, banners and posters for designers and product launches for brands like LAKME, FBB (BIG BAZAR), Amazon, Ekhadiindia, Darts & Drapes, Loreal, Schwarzkopf, for Mumbai designer Payal & Nikila and has also worked with many photographers.
She has been invited as a jury member, mentor, advisor, or member of the agency of several agencies and fashion houses. She has been invited as jury in XISS, AMITY, BIT Mesra, BIT Deoghar, MR. & MISS KHADI INDIA fashion show, DAINIK JAGRAN fashion show and various other shows. She was also felicitated for serving as one of the eminent jury members by Ex Chief Minister Shri Arjun Munda at the State Khadi & Village Industries Board.
Rachna has been modelling since 2011 and started her career with the Designer Next India, and since then, there has been no looking back. She was also involved with the Swedish Brand Oriflame for product launches in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 and the New York-based brand Avon in 2017. "I started walking the ramp at an early age, thanks to my family, who supported me, especially my sister".
In addition to her modelling experience, Rachna is also a successful entrepreneur with a keen eye for innovation and a passion for fostering startups in India; the state and many govt officials have felicitated Rachna for her stellar contribution to creating an ecosystem in Jharkhand, for her contribution and advisory during DIPP’S state startup ranking framework.
