A drug addict stole an auto rickshaw to earn bucks but landed in jail. It was a very swift and flawless action of the Nawa Bazar police station.
Officer in charge of the Nawa Bazaar police station Chintu Kumar said "We have recovered the stolen auto rickshaw. We have also arrested the accused who stole the auto rickshaw."
Police officer Chintu Kumar said "The youth who stole the auto rickshaw is a drug addict. He is identified as Deep Ranjan Pandey. He is 19 years old."
The drug addict tried to sell it off at Garhwa market but failed. Police officer Chintu Kumar said he couldn't get any buyer.
The drug addict was coming by the stolen auto rickshaw home from Garhwa when he was intercepted.
The auto rickshaw belonged to Ameet Kumar Pandey of Rajhara village under the Nawa Bazar police station.
Ameet had parked his auto rickshaw like any other day in front of his house from where it was stolen.
Police officer Chintu Kumar said we were determined to locate and recover it and we did it.
The recovered auto rickshaw would be restored to its owner under the order of the court only.
