The criminal who shot former councillor Ved Prakash has been arrested by the police. The police team has arrested shooter Rahul Jaiswal from Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. He is being questioned.
In the initial interrogation, Rahul has told the police that he had received only six thousand rupees as the first installment for shooting. In this incident, the entire shooting was planned by a person named Dheeraj Mishra and Satyam Pathak. Ved Prakash was shot over a five-year-old dispute.
