Outsourced employees of Madhya Pradesh were going to do Jal Satyagraha in Bhopal on Wednesday, but before that the police took 5-6 employees in a car. They said that they were going to submit a memorandum of demands in the CM House.

On the other hand, the police did not give permission to protest in Sheetal Das ki Bagiya. Therefore, only a few employees gathered atNeelam Park. They were going to protest for 7 demands including a minimum salary of Rs 21000. There are more than 12000 employees in MP.

This protest was proposed to be held under the leadership of NHM Contract Outsourced Health Employees Union. Employees started gathering in Neelam Park from 11 am.

State President of the Union Komal Singh said, outsourced employees have been serving in the government hospitals of the state for many years, but more than 12000 outsourced employees have become victims of the double policy and exploitation practice of the government. Therefore, a protest will be held in Bhopal on Wednesday.

After the fellow officials went to the CM House, only a few outsourced employees were present in Neelam Park. After the fellow officials went to the CM House, only a few outsourced employees remained present in Neelam Park.

On Wednesday morning, the police message reached the employees that your permissions have been cancelled. If you want to organize a program at Neelam Park, send a message. Legal action will be taken against you if you go to Sheetaldas's garden. After this, the employees started gathering at Neelam Park.

State President Singh said, we had sought permission 15 days ago to do Jal Satyagraha in a Gandhian way regarding the main demands, which was cancelled late last night. This is a violation of the rights of the employees. Outsourced employees have been pleading with the government for a long time regarding their demands. We are being suppressed. We have legitimate demands.

President Singh said, some of our colleagues reached the CM House with the police. After giving the memorandum, we left from there. Now we will make further strategies.

The demonstration was regarding the demands which were that all employees should be regularized on the vacant posts in the department.

A policy should be made for support staff, data entry operator, ward boy, aaya, sweeper, security guard, oxygen technician and all other outsourced employees and they should be given a minimum salary of 21 thousand rupees.

The government gives a budget of Rs 16132 per month for outsourced employees, but due to the commission of officers and outsourced companies, only Rs 5500 to Rs 9000 are being given. Action should be taken on this.

In many districts of the state, salary has not been paid for 3-4 months. Due to this, the financial condition of the employees is deteriorating. This salary should be given soon.

Corruption worth crores of rupees is being done by officers and outsourced agencies, it should be stopped.
