Nomination papers of 17 candidates found correct

Scrutiny of nomination papers was done on Monday in 72-Lohardaga assembly constituency regarding the assembly general elections. After which the nomination papers of 17 candidates have been found correct, while the nomination of Sanjeev Kachhap (Independent) has been cancelled. Information to this effect has been given by Returning Officer cum Sub-Divisional Officer Amit Kumar through DPRO. The 17 candidates whose nominations have been accepted include Bihari Bhagat (People's Party of India, Democratic), Arkosa, Lohardaga, Brijmohan Oraon (Independent), Kudu, Lohardaga, Ramesh Oraon (Independent), Arru, Senha, Lohardaga, Pawan Tigga ( Lokhit Adhikar Party Jharkhand) Jori, Lohardaga, Birendra Oraon (Independent) Bhandara, Lohardaga, Rameshwar Oraon, (Indian National Congress) Bariatu, Ranchi, Neeru Shanti Bhagat (AJSU Party), Kudu, Lohardaga, Sania Oraon (Independent), Ghaghra, Gumla, Rajpati Devi (BJJP), Ratu, Ranchi, Anil Kumar Bhagat (Jharkhand People's Party), Bariatu, Ranchi, Awadhesh Oraon (Bharat Adivasi Party), Kudu, Lohardaga, Soma Oraon (Independent), Kurse, Lohardaga, Santosh Bhagat ( Independent), Kairo, Lohardaga, Yashpal Bhagat (Bahujan Samaj Party), Lohardaga, Rameshwar Lohra (Independent), Kudu, Lohardaga. Kishore Oraon, (JLKM), Kairo, Lohardaga, Rajesh Lohra (Independent), Juria, Lohardaga. Whereas the nomination of Sanjeev Kachhap (Independent) has been cancelled. The last date for withdrawal of names by interested candidates is till 30 October 2024.
