In India, 5 airlines - Indigo, SpiceJet, Akasa Air, Vistara and Air India Express said that their booking, check-in and flight update service has been affected by this technical problem. People are getting upset due to non-availability of services at the airport. Many passengers have canceled their journey at Bhopal airport. This problem started at 11 am on Friday.
Airport Director Ramji Awasthi says that no flight has been canceled from Bhopal.

Due to this, no flight related to Bhopal has been cancelled. The flight to Mumbai which has been cancelled has been due to some other technical reason.

On an average 36 to 38 rounds of flights are made daily at Bhopal airport, out of which six rounds are from Air India and the rest are from Indigo. All these flights come and go from different cities of the country. The daily foot fall of Bhopal airport ranges from 3500 to 4500.
